New Office Manager

West Allen Parish Water District welcomes Ms. Kimberly Jonette Westmoreland as its new Office Manager.  Ms. Westmoreland is a resident of Reeves and holds an Associates Degree in Accounting.  We feel that she has the necessary skills and drive to become a proficient manager of the West Allen Parish Water office. Ms. Westmoreland is more than qualified for the position as she has experience with Quickbooks, Microsoft Office, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, collections, budgeting and financial management.  While she is detail oriented, she is also a friendly smiling face behind the counter to greet you all.  Welcome Jonette!
