Bank Draft Form

West Allen Parish Water District offers the option of having your monthly bill drafted out of your bank account on the 10th of every month.  If you are interested in having your bill drafted, please fill out the Bank Draft Form, attach a voided check, and return it to our office.  Office personnel will inform you at that time when your first draft will take place.  (Please keep in mind that if the 10th of the month falls on a weekend, the draft will occur the following Monday.  Holidays can also affect the date that the draft will occur.)  You can call the office with any questions concerning having your water bill drafted.  337-749-2589
