At West Allen Parish Water District, our goal is to improve the quality of life and provide safe, clean, drinking water to the residents and businesses in Ward 3 in Allen Parish and Ward 5, District 10 (Topsy Area) of Jefferson Davis Parish in the State of Louisiana.
West Allen Parish Water District became organized in 1976 and began selling water June 21, 1981. West Allen Water is located in the westernmost portion of Allen Parish and is centered around the Village of Reeves and also extends into Jeff Davis Parish to the south. We provide water to the Village of Reeves, the Bel area, Leblanc, and Topsy areas. We are a political subdivision of the Allen Parish Police Jury and the State of Louisiana.
