To apply any new service or meter installation, you can print out the Water Service Forms which are located in the Forms and Reports section of this website. Please contact our office by phone for any questions regarding the new service. The number is 337-749-2589. Our staff can help you to identify the correct box to check for the service you require on the Deposit Agreement page that will fit your particular needs.
NOTE: All new service connections and meter installations require signed copies of the proof of property ownership or a rental/lease agreement. A valid driver's license is also required at the time you sign up for service. All fees and monies must be paid in full before service can be initiated.
