West Allen Parish Water District offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.

Online Bill Payment  

(BEFORE PAYING ONLINE, PLEASE BE AWARE THAT ONLINE PAYMENTS ARE PROCESSED THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY AFTER PAYMENT IS MADE.)  If paying Online just click the green "Pay Your Bill Now" button.  Have you account number handy, which is the first five numbers before the dash on your billing card,  and follow the prompts.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover cards.

Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.

Credit/Debit Card

West Allen Water accepts payments over the phone using your credit or debit card.  There is a 4.75% convenience fee required by our credit card processor with each transaction.  If you are interested in paying your water bill over the phone using your credit or debit card, please call the office during business hours @ 337-749-2589.

Automatic Bank Draft

The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply download and fill out the ACH Bank Draft Form located in the Forms & Reports Section and drop it off or mail it to our office, along with a voided check.  Our bank draft is scheduled for the 10th of every month, unless it falls on a weekend or holiday, at which time, it would be processed the following Monday.  

Payment Drop-off Location

You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept cash, check, or money orders.  Also for your convenience, there are two payment drop boxes to accept your payments after hours:  one is located at the south end of our office building in Reeves, and the other payment drop box is located inside DC Grocery in Topsy.  The payment drop box in Topsy will be open to accept payments from the first day of the month until 7:00 a.m. the morning of the scheduled lockout date for nonpayment of water bills.  At that time, the box will be locked and any further payments will have to be made at the office.   The drop boxes are emptied frequently, however, we do not recommend placing cash inside either of the payment drop boxes.  

Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay

Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
