Post Office Closure

NOTIFICATION:  As of today, 12/22/2020, the US Post Office in Reeves has been closed.  Contact has been made with the Postmaster of the Kinder US Post Office branch and we have been assured that we will still be able to get your payments in the mail using our P.O. Box 89 Reeves, La. 70658 address.  The only difference is that we will have to go to Kinder each day to pick up our mail.    If you mail in your water bill payments, we should still received them as normal, but please be aware that there are several alternative ways to pay your bill.  Our website westallenwater.myruralwater.com has a Pay Bill tab which you can utilize. Keep in mind that the account number it asks for is the first 5 digits of your account number only.  We also have drop boxes at the office in Reeves and at the store in Topsy which is located just inside their front door.  We can also take your payment over the phone with a debit or credit card.  Bank draft is also available to those of you who are interested.  The draft is performed on the 10^th of each month.  If you are interested in setting your account up on draft, contact our office at 337-749-2589 and we will be happy to explain what is necessary to do so.  You can also contact us at this number with any other questions about this notification.
