October Word of Warning/Disconnections

WORD OF WARNING:
In the months of July, August and September, the Board of Directors of West Allen Parish Water District suspended the lockout for nonpayment dates and in the months of August and September suspended the late assessment fee application. This was done to help ease the crisis ensued by Hurricanes Hanna and Laura. This however, did not relieve any customer from the water bill debt owed and we encourage every customer to make payments on their accounts or set them up on a payment plan so that when the balance becomes due in full, which will be soon, it will not be such a large amount owed. To those customers who now owe three months of water bills and have made no effort to make a payment or contact us, please be aware that disconnection/lock outs will be performed on Monday, October 19, 2020.
