TO THE CUSTOMERS OF WAPWD, until further notice, we will continue to operate as normal at this time. Our lobby will be open but we encourage our customers, in an attempt to control the spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus), to utilize our other payment options. Alternate payment options include: the payment drop boxes located at the store in Topsy, La. and the one located under the walkway outside of our office in Reeves; online payment of your bill on our website at westallenwater.myruralwater.com, call and pay via the telephone (337) 749-2589 using your debit/credit card or by sending your payment via the U.S. Mail.

We will keep you posted via our website and Facebook page if anything changes concerning due dates, office hours or operating procedures. We encourage you to sign up for alerts on our website to receive text or email notifications for emergency situations or reminders. Simply click the “Sign Up For Alerts” button and enter the information as directed.

As a reminder, some of the necessary precautions to help limit the spread of COVID-19 and stay safe and healthy include:
