West Allen Parish Water District is pleased to offer electronic billing (e-Bill), a convenient paperless billing option. No longer will you receive paper bills in the mail unless you opt to continue receiving them. Instead, you will receive an email when your bill is available. Best of all – it is FREE!

Go to Customer Service, Electronic Billing, download the E-Bill Enrollment Form, complete and return to our office.
